The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Mukeshkumar Sevantilal Surani w.e.f 04 March, 2024, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee in the capacity of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
